The mission of ‘Stealing Panties IS Sexual Assault 501(c)(3),’ founded by Jade Ann Byrne, is to raise awareness and combat the under-recognized issue of panty theft as a form of sexual assault. Our foundation is dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of victims by providing them with replacement underwear, guiding them through their state/county victim services, and advocating for them to press charges. We achieve this by public education that emphasizes that it’s not funny, not a joke, not a prank, but a form of rape. Our ultimate goal is to foster a culture where this behavior is universally condemned and considered unacceptable. Our commitment is to empower survivors to speak out and seek help, ensuring they receive the support and justice they deserve. Together, we are working towards a safer and more inclusive world where all individuals are respected, valued, and free from the trauma of panty theft.
